Elan Rubinstein, Pharm. D.

Elan Rubinstein, Pharm. D., an affiliate of Scott Public Relations, is the founder of EB Rubinstein Associates (EBRA), a management consultancy. EBRA provides strategic planning, product positioning, market research, and business development services related to prescription drugs, biotechnology and health services. Dr. Rubinstein founded EBRA in 1989.

Dr. Rubinstein received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California, and completed a subsequent residency at the University of California at San Francisco. He earned a Masters in Public Health (Health Services Administration) from University of California at Los Angeles.
