Senior Account Executive

We are seeking experienced and talented self-starters who are comfortable in a small, “roll-up your sleeves” type environment and who can hit the ground running and provide the superior accounts services our clients are accustomed to.

This position reports to an account manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: serving as the day-to-day client contact; implementing tactics outlined in client’s PR program and ensuring services are delivered on time and on budget, writing press releases and bylined articles, developing story ideas and preparing pitch strategies for key media outlets; managing client’s speakers bureau, and coordinating media tours or client interviews with media. Also responsible for delegating projects to junior staff, as well as supervising and mentoring them.

A BA degree in PR, Journalism, Communications or a related major is required, as are 3 to 5 years PR experience, outstanding media pitching, writing, analytical and verbal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
